THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. It is anticipated that a sole Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order will be procured utilizing FAR Part 13 to a small business. The applicable NAICS and size standard are 334519 and 600 employees, respectively. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
