Brief Description of Supplies/ Services required and the intended use/Estimated Amount: The Facility has experienced damage in room A022 & A025 which is their Sterile processing decontamination and sterile processing prep workspaces. They were damaged due to a wastewater piping breaking in the ceiling. Unfortunately, everything in the workspace has been deemed nonusable and needs to be repaired. Therefore, work includes repair/replacement of all ceiling tiles in that area, repair/ replacement of fluorescent lighting with LED lighting, and repair/replacement of approximately 70 feet of cast iron piping with hangers and fittings.
