Sources Sought Bank Stabilization and Navigation Routine Repairs Missouri River Miles 0-500 INTRODUCTION The Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support these requirements for construction services for bank stabilization and navigation routine repairs on the Missouri River. The work includes, but is not limited to, repairing, modifying, or constructing dikes and revetments, constructing new bank paving and hard points, placing repair overlays along existing revetments on the Missouri River. Tonnage to be placed on structures shown in drawings will be within river mile extents detailed in schedule of work. Structure segments to be repaired will be accessible by floating plant, with a draft of 4 feet or less, located along the main channel of the river and not located in chutes. Difficult access including shallow depths and high current velocities are expected to be encountered for certain repairs.
