SYNOPSIS Boot, Extreme Cold Weather Insulated Solicitation Number: SOLICITATION NUMBER WILL BE: SPE1C1-25-R-0125 Item: Boot, Extreme Cold Weather, Insulated (Army/MC) PGC: 04014 NSN: 8430-01-630-7763(s) The solicitation will have one (1) lot for 100% of total requirement and be issued Unrestricted with 10% HUBZone preference. -Items are to be manufactured in accordance with GL-PD-13-16B, dated 6 July 2023. -Destination: VSTJ (Pendergrass Distribution Center) -Production lead-time: 210 days after date of award. -Solicitation SPE1C1-25-R-0125 will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following evaluation factors: PDMs, Past Performance, and Small Business Evaluation.
