The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) 52nd Troop Command (TC) has a requirement for catered meal services to feed multiple units during their various training events. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to serve catered Meals as defined in Section 5, and Technical Exhibit 3 and 4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds is applicable to this requirement as the award will be in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. This competitive solicitation is to be issued as: 100% set-aside under Small Business IAW 19.5 Set Aside for Small Business.
