SYNOPSIS: The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) intends to issue a Request for quote to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for Raw subsistence and rations to be delivered to various locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in support of Inactive Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT) and training at the VAARNG Regional Training Institute (RTI). The requirement will be solicited and awarded as a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), with exact delivery dates, delivery locations and quantities of raw subsistence and meal kits identified on individual delivery orders issued during the life of the contract. This action will be issued as a competitive unrestrictive (Open to large and small business) requirement under NAICS code 311991 Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing. The RFQ will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities’ website on or about November 19, 2025, with quotes due on December 19, 2025. These dates are subject to change.
