Amendment 0001 (9/24/25): This amendment cancels the site visit scheduled for 9/26/25 and reschedules it for 10/15/25. Additionally, the question due date is extended until October 22nd and proposal due date is extended until October 31st. This request for proposal is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, incidentals, and materials to accomplish to Specifications (Attachment 2) covering all items listed on Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items.
