The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and minor construction/alteration services for all buildings structures related to mechanical and refrigeration systems and equipment within the Defense Logistics Agency, Andrew T.
