Award Notice

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order, N0001926F0151, under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, N0001921G0020, to Honeywell International, Inc., for a life of type buy for obsolete commercial Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) to complete production for the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile – Extended Range (AARGM-ER). This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” per Justification and Approval (J&A) No. 26-0069, approved by the Director of the Procurement Group for PEO(U&W) - redacted version attached to this announcement.
