EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR FACILITY SPACE IN IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) is the Managing and Operating Contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and is issuing this Request of Expression of Interest (EOI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to partner with BEA to replace aging facilities and to provide additional space for new and expanding programs in or around the vicinity of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
