The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuel requirements for DLA-Energy. This SS covers the grounds fuel requirements for DLA-Energy customers located in various areas of Guam, Palau and Tinian. The expected period of performance is October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2031. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs: In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
