The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy seeks potential qualified small business sources to perform non-personal, Government-Owned, Contactor-Operated (GOCO) bulk storage services, retail service station support, alongside aircraft services, and entire fuels management services at Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), MT. This notice is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), a promise to issue an RFP, or a promise by the Government to pay for the information received in response to this notice or any subsequent announcement.
