This Sources Sought Notice is being issued strictly for market research information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation or commitment on the part of the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) Naval Weapons Station Earle (NWSE) in Colts Neck, NJ, understand industrys best practices and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this announcement. NWSE welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made based on responses from industry for this inquiry. NWSE shall not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of NWSEs review of the information received.
