This is notice of a total SDVOSB set-aside for semmiannual chiller maintenance services for the Puget Sound VA Medical Center - Seattle Campus. One site visit is scheduled for interested parties to attend on 11/04/2025. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions for scheduling requirements and avanced notice. SDVOSBs must have a 2025 annual report and confirmation of filing for VETS-4212 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/vets4212. Interested parties may submit quote submission requirements on or before the close date of this RFQ on 11/10/2025 at 15:00 PST direclty to [email protected]. To be eligible as a verified SDVOSB, a vendor must be listed as SDVOSB certified in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) database (under Government Certifications) found at https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm. SDVOSBs must be verified at the time of quotation submission, at the time of award, and for the duration of performance of the resultant Purchase Order pursuant to VAAR 819.7006.
