The Statement of Work (SOW) and its applicable and supporting documents define the objectives and requirements for Contractor support to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Facilities and Mission Services (FMS) group. The FMS mission is to promote quality of life by ensuring the ODNI facilities are accessible, well-maintained, healthy, clean, comfortable, safe, and resilient. Liberty Crossing (LX) and Intelligence Community Campus Bethesda (ICC-B) offer fitness facilities to support the health and wellness of the IC members (staff, detailees, assignees, contractors and others) in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle by providing well-maintained, clean, comfortable and safe workout spaces to aid in these pursuits.
