The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Radio Frequency Spectrum Control TX/RX Eval Kits (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Spectrum Control Inc., 8061 Avonia Rd, Fairview, PA. 16415. These kits are the only ones that allow for non-fixed, fully customizable channels which is required for new system configuration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
