UPDATE 3/26/2025: The draft solicitation has been released in the PIEE Solicitation Portal and published to SAM.gov under the number HDTRA125RE007. The solicitation number has been updated as a result of DTRA's transition to a new contract writing system. UPDATE 12/19/2024: Several draft requirements documents and a draft of Sections L and M of the solicitation have been posted for industry review. These are posted for industry awareness and in preparation for the solicitation release and no questions are being requested at this time. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate (OB) is in the process of clearing documents for release to industry for the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Security Cooperation Engagement Program (CSCEP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) requirement.
