Intent to Sole Source Modification: Reduced Period of Performance for Contract W912EP24C0018 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District intends to modify Contract W912EP24C0018 on a sole source basis to Thalle Construction Co. Inc., 900 NC Highway 86N Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278-8226, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this modification is to reduce the period of performance, by changing the completion date for the majority of the work from 2034 to 2029 for the Reservoir construction and other identified project work. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
