The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, 640 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, CT 06070. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government.
