Due to the response time required and the importance of starting the remediation services in a timely manner to prevent possible storm-water contamination, several companies including Safety Clean, Clean Harbors, and EnviroServe were contacted to see a possible response time and an estimated cost. EnviroServe was able to be at Pittsburgh ARS in the shortest amount of time with a cost estimate and a comprehensive plan on how to mitigate the hydraulic fluid released and protect the stormwater system.
