The description of work is a design-bid-build project that will include construction of a new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and Support Facility to construct a multi-rise, mixed-use steel frame, brick-clad infill facility to provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Housing (UH), dining hall, fitness center, armory, and non-commissioned officer (NCO) club.
