1. Description The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Special Operations Group (SOG), has awarded a sole-source contract to L3 Technologies, Inc. for the procurement of 100 Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggles – Fused (GPNVG-F), also referred to as F-Pano [Part No. FPG-000-A7]. These goggles are essential for enhancing operational effectiveness and situational awareness across CBP’s mission sets, including homeland security, counterterrorism, drug interdiction, and other law enforcement operations. This procurement was conducted under FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 2. Statutory Authority This sole-source action is authorized under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
