1. The proposed solicitation will be 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), $25M size standard. 2. Description of items: The contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, documentation, management, and parts necessary to perform entry (intrusion and motion sensing) removal of existing, installation of new equipment and continuous panic alarm monitoring and repairs for Fairview, Hillsboro, West Linn, The Dalles, Bend and Salem Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately 12/01/2025. Removal of existing equipment and installation of new must be completed with 30 days of award. 4.
