Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) hereby releases a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Network Services – AFRICOM/CENTCOM/EUCOM (NS-ACE) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), which will replace the current Global Network Services (GNS) contract (HC1013-16-D-0001, HC1013-16-D-0002, HC1013-16-D-0003, HC1013-16-D-0004, HC1013-16-D-0005, HC1013-16-D-0006, HC1013-16-D-0007, HC1013-16-D-0008). The draft PWS is being provided to promote exchanges of information with industry. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No award will be made as a result of this draft PWS. Comments in response to this draft PWS are voluntary and will not affect a vendor's ability to submit a proposal if a solicitation is released.
