NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Contracting & Procurement Division – Long Range Enforcer Product Line (CPD-LREPL), intends to award a sole source contract to Neuver Maritime Inc. for the procurement of two (2) Steering Actuator Rotors in long-term reusable shipping and storage containers. These rotors will serve as ready-for-issue replacements for the USCGC Healy (420’ WAGB) and are required to be in the same configuration as those previously provided for the CGC Healy production line. Description of Supplies: The Steering Actuator Rotors are critical components of the cutter’s steering system and must meet required specifications.
