The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.501(a) to obtain diesel generator and equipment storage and maintenance. Period of performance: 12/21/2025 through 12/20/2026 with four one-year option periods. Basic description of the requirement: The James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) (130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468) has a requirement for the procurement of services involving the continued storage, maintenance, and onloading of Government Property that requires specialized care. The government property is currently in storage and shall remain in storage that meets specific requirements until the JJP VAMC is ready to receive the equipment. Specialized preventive maintenance services will be periodically performed on two diesel engine generators by qualified contractor-personnel while in storage. At the conclusion of storage specialized rigging procedures are required to load the equipment for transport.
