Procurement Synopsis The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit for the procurement of: On-site shredding services for NSLC Keyport. Paper shredding, 13 services per year. Media shredding, annually/will call. This synopsis / advanced notice is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.203. A draft Statement of Work is attached to this notice. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year and four option years, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical) and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 (All Other Support Services). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The Government anticipates issuing the Request for Quote using number N0025326Q0001 on or about November 5, 2025.
