Roy Drive Washington, MO 63090, known as the Franklin County VA Clinic Lease, which expires on 4/30/2027. The VA has a continuing need to remain in the same location and continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in GSAR 570.404 Succeeding Leases.
