Summary of Requirement: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Japan District is issuing a sources sought announcement for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for the preparation of criteria packages for Japan Host Nation (HN) funded construction projects, and related works. Projects are located on U.S. Military Installations throughout Japan. Design criteria will be based on U.S. and Department of Defense (DOD) requirements; however, design deliverables must address local construction methods and materials that meet the intent of U.S. criteria in order to facilitate the use of local construction practices. Information Requested: The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to measure the A-E communities' level of interest for the requirement and to support the Government's development of a viable acquisition strategy. Responses shall include the following information and shall not exceed a total of 15 pages: 1. Offeror's name, address, points of contact including telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2.
