**** RFQ AMENDMENT P00001 MOVED THE RFQ CLOSE DATE WHILE THE GOVERNMENT WORKS TO ANSWER CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS. **** RFQ CLOSE DATE TENTANTIVELY MOVED TO OCTOBER 15, 2025 TO ALLOW FOR TIME TO POST ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS. The objective of this requirement is to provide solution definition, software development, testing, integration, production support, and expertise for IDEAS and the Data Integration Layer. This includes providing support and expertise for: DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, Telecommunications Contracting, System Integrations, Data Warehousing, transactions occurring between systems, user training, governance documentation, data migration support (e.g., import/export, scripting) and reporting capabilities to the IDEAS Government Acquisition System built on the Appian Platform.
