Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Janitorial services at the USDA/APHIS/PPQ Atlanta , GAPlant Inspection Station in accordance with the Statement of Work for a base period of 12 months and 4 possible 12 month option periods. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies) In this acquisition, the Government will obtain best value by using the TRADE OFF source selection approach which permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non-cost factors and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal.
