The NSWC Crane Contracting Department is conducting market research to identify potential industry partners capable of providing comprehensive calibration services in accordance with OPNAV 3960.16 for a diverse inventory of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Currently, NSWC Crane utilizes organic support in combination with a SeaPort Task Order and a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for calibration of TMDE for navy programs at NSWC Crane. The Government is exploring the feasibility of consolidating these requirements into a single, multi-year contract (e.g., Base Year plus Option Years).
