Answer to the Oral Review is as follows: The oral review will be an activity to allow the offeror the opportunity to read to the Evaluation Team the proposal. This will not be a page by page read through but more of a highlight of where, how, why, and what the proposal contains, noting locations of sections within the technical volume and information of what it contains at a top level and pricing/cost volume and information at a top level. The review does not allow for any communication exchange, comments, corrections, clarification, or discussions between the offeror and the Team during the review. This is only a read-through highlight of the proposal, taking approximately 20 minutes. The review is not part of the evaluation process and will not be used in the evaluation process.
