AMD 0003 - This amendment incorporates Project Labor Agreement (PLA) requirements into Section 00 73 00 and Section 00 70 00 in FAR clauses 52.222-33 'Notice of Requirement for Project Labor Agreement Alternate I" and 52.222-34 'Project Labor Agreement'. Due to the material nature of PLA requirements, the Step 1 proposal due date is extended to 17 June 2025 at 2:00 PM local time. New interested offerors may submit Step 1 proposals for consideration. Interested offerors who have already submitted Step 1 proposals can let their proposal stand or submit a revised proposal by the due date/time. Any proposal revision should be highlighted or annotated in some manner that shows the change from the original proposal. Interested offerors who have already submitted Step 1 proposals will not be informed of their preliminary evaluation results. The contracting officer will host a web meeting on 13 June 2025 at 1:00 PM local time to discuss the PLA topic.
