The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate, Strategic Threats Department (OB-ST) has a requirement for Arms Control Advisory and Training Support, as outlined within the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). DTRA is conducting market research to identify firms that possess the capability to perform the requirements identified in the PWS.
