Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NAICS 336413

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to modify Delivery Order N0001926F1060 with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), Owego, New York, to provide follow-on sustainment for the India MH-60R IN30 effort. The modification will include follow-on sustainment for Software IN28 and development of the IN30 Configuration, Retrofit labor and Material, program management, in-country Field Service Representative (FSR) support, and over-and-above labor as well as flight test support. The Software IN30 Configuration effort includes continued development, integration, testing, documentation, and support necessary to complete and sustain the India-specific MH-60R IN30 configuration. The projected period of performance for this modification is 2027-2031.
