The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA. is seeking information for potential sources regarding the development, procurement, upgrade, sustainment, integration, testing, data collection/analyses, and training associated with Global Positioning System (GPS) Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (BRIE) at participating DoD Test and Training (T&T) ranges, programs of record, authorized foreign T&T ranges, and other authorized Government agencies/organizations using GPS-BRIE for Research, Development, and Test and Evaluation. This Market Research tool is being used to identify potential technologies and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this Sources Sought.
