This is a pre-solicitation notice for a five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the Federal Highway Administration Office of Safety. The purpose of this IDIQ is listed below: The purpose of this IDIQ is to procure non-personal technical expertise and research support services to perform programmatic research and outreach. The Contractor(s) will provide technical expertise and support services related to safety design, safety data and analysis, safety countermeasures and emerging engineering and infrastructure safety solutions for the FHWA Office of Safety.
