9/23/2025: Update - Amendment 0002 Attachments and Responses to some of the SWO-MOS RFP Question and Comments received by the August 25, 2025 deadline are posted. There are several questions still outstanding that will be addressed in a subsequent amendment. 8/21/2025: Add Amendment 0001 SF30 which extends the proposal due date from September 18, 2025 to October 9, 2025. All dates indicating a submission deadline of September 18, 2025 are also extended to October 9, 2025. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) is requesting proposals for a contract to provide Space Weather Observations - Mission Operations Services (SWO-MOS). SWO-MOS is a single-award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a multi-mission operations service architecture to support all Space Weather Next (SW Next) space weather environmental observations.
