This RFI is for planning and information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the FDIC as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The FDIC will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. For the purpose of this acquisition, the applicable NAICS is 522110, Commercial Banking. The Government contemplates soliciting for Receivership Basic Ordering Agreement(s) (RBOAs) to be competed amongst a qualified selection of potential vendors, depending on the results of this market research. A RBOA is used by FDIC divisions with RBOA authority to expedite the acquisition of goods and/or services in support of failing or failed financial institutions and their subsidiaries. The information received in response to this notice will be used to further define the FDIC's requirement.
