Presolicitation NAICS 336611

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the dry-dock of the USCGC HEALY on the Conntinetal West Coast of the United States. The solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in October 2025. The anticipated start date will be 05January2026 with an anticipated end date of 02MAY2026. This procurement is open to any vendor located in the Conntinetal West Coast of the United States. A draft copy of the Specifications/Statement of Work is attached.
