The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-25-R-4438 for the execution of the USS WICHITA (LCS 13) and USS THOMAS HUDNER (DDG 116), planned for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA) with place of performance in the U.S. East Coast. Upon a contractor’s completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its respective mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability. USS WICHITA (LCS 13) FY26 DSRA will be approximately 7 months, beginning in June 2026 and completing in January 2027. USS THOMAS HUDNER (DDG 116) FY26 DSRA will be approximately 11 months, beginning in June 2026 and completing in May 2027. If the Navy issues a solicitation for these CNO Availabilities, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) will guide the acquisition.
