SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. A request for proposal will be posted on or about October 15, 2025. Project # 516-CSI-142 BB ED CT REPLACEMENT BUILDING 100, at the BAY PINES VAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 24, 3rd Floor Bay Pines, FL 33744, RFQ # 36C24826Q0004. THE BID/BUILD CONTRACT SHALL provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct approximately 790 SF addition to Bldg. 100 for the ED CT Replacement in accordance with plans and specifications. This will include but not limited to; removal and replacement of CT scanner equipment in room 1E-210 and associated support spaces, to be renamed suite 1E222.
