The purpose of this source sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 is issuing this sources-sought notice to identify sources for delivery of fresh milk and milk products for the VA hospitals in Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, and Loma Linda. The initial period of performance will be 12/01/2026 to 11/30/2027 for base period and option years if exercised by the government. Section A.
