INTRODUCTION The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) San Francisco District (SPN) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide services for propagation, rearing, marking (adipose fin clip), ensuring fish health, and releasing of steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss) to meet mitigation requirements prescribed in the biological opinion and hatchery genetic management plan.
