Purpose and Objectives: VISN 09, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 09, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with CND Life Sciences Inc, Small Business, for SynOne Esoteric Diagnostic Testing Services. CND Life Sciences Inc has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance with 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for SynOne Esoteric Diagnostic Testing Services.
