NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on alimited competitive basis with CONTAINER RESEARCH CORP (05259) and ERIE ENGINEERED PRODUCTS INC (98425) for the purchase the following: NSN: 8145 015638435 QTY: 29 P/N: 774E001 Item: SHIPPING AND STORAG The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. (This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. NAICS CODE: 332439 The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15.
