Regional Climate Center (RCC) 1.0 Purpose The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service’s (NESDIS) National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for Regional Climate Center (RCC) contracts. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Government will not award a contract based on this notice. This requirement is assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.5 Million. This notice is intended to determine the market’s capability to provide the services described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
