SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT - J&A is attached 1. Introduction The USACE Seattle District intends to award a sole source contract to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO). 2. Description of Services This contract is for daily law enforcement of civil and criminal laws of the State and County, including investigations of and to enforcement of State boating laws in and immediately adjacent to project lands and recreation facilities within Lincoln County, Montana. The NAICS code is 561612. 3. Authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold following the requirements of 13.501. 4.
