Purpose: The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source contract extension to Network Management Resources, Inc. (NMR) for cyber secure classified and unclassified Video Teleconferencing services, Audiovisual services, Portal services, data management services, business automation services and end-user training. This notice is for informational purposes only. MDA requires these multiple support services in order to support the global Ballistic Missile Defense System mission. Based on currently available information and ongoing market research, MDA anticipates that NMR is the only source capable of providing these services without unacceptable delays and substantial duplication of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract extension to NMR under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
